I'm Gustavo, a back-end developer, currently working for MetaHuman! My goal as a developer is to write clean, efficient, and scalable code. I avoid the extreme-go-horse philosophy. Uncle Bob's book sold well for a reason, huh?! I'm always looking for new challenges and ways to tackle them as efficiently as possible. I'm also a big fan of open source and board games!
Currently, my stack includes PHP with Symfony/Twig, and I am also delving into front-end development. I have a strong affinity for Java, especially with frameworks like Spring or Quarkus, and I enjoy working with TypeScript using Vue or React! Additionally, I'm a big fan of Docker and CI/CD. Occasionally, I cosplay as a SysAdmin! In my free time, I contribute to open-source projects, enhancing my skills and giving back to the community. I love exploring new technologies and staying updated with industry trends. Board games are my go-to for letting my creative side blooms. My favorite games include Minecraft & Terraria.
I'm in a Informational Systems degree. Feel free to check out my GitHub and LinkedIn for more about my projects and professional background. I'm always open to connecting with fellow developers and tech enthusiasts!
I use Fedora, BTW.
